Stephanie König-Felten studied economics at Trier University/ Germany and graduated as "Diplom-Kauffrau" (equivalent to MBA). She started her career as Management Trainee in a health care organization (CTT e.V.), followed by a Management role in a recruitment consultancy firm in Düsseldorf.
She gained first hand and in-depth experience in Human Resources as well as in the financial industry at Fidelity Investments, where she had different roles: HR Generalist Continental Europe, Head HR Germany, Head HR Northern Europe. In 2002, she joined UBS (Luxemburg) S.A. as Head Human Resources and became Member of the Executive Board. In 2008, she moved to Ernst & Young Luxembourg S.A. as Head Recruitment & Career Management. Stephanie then joined Nordea S.A. as Executive Director, Head Human Resources, being responsible for Luxembourg location as well as for the international Wealth Management locations. Since 2012, she worked as independent HR consultant and established AHead S.A. Executive Search & Consulting in 2013.
Native German, she is fluent in English and French with a good command of Spanish.
