She studied economics at Trier University/Germany and graduated as Diplom-Kauffrau (equivalent to MBA).
She started her career at Korn/Ferry International in Frankfurt/Germany in 1999 in their industrial practice and has an successful track record in recruiting for international and domestic roles on the general management and senior executives level.
Since 2005 she is leading her own executive search boutique in Frankfurt/Germany and primarily focuses on clients from the consumer industry and industrial sector ranging in size from large publicly-held corporations to smaller organizations.
Within these industries she conducts C-level, senior executive and specialist searches. Native in German, she is fluent in English.
